1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering or using any part of the jj9pm platform — whether through the website or mobile app — you are deemed to have read, understood and fully agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the jj9pm platform. Continued use after any amendment to the terms constitutes your acceptance of the latest version.

2. User Eligibility

To use jj9pm services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration. jj9pm strictly prohibits use by underage individuals.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a valid contract under your local laws.
• Not be on the list of users who have been banned or self-excluded from the platform.
• Not be acting on behalf of a third party who does not meet these eligibility requirements.
• Ensure that online betting is lawful under the laws of your place of residence.

jj9pm reserves the right to request age verification at any time. Accounts found to be held by underage individuals will be terminated immediately and all funds in the account will be forfeited.

3. Registration and Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on jj9pm at any one time. Registering multiple accounts under the same name, the same identity card number, the same mobile number or the same IP address is prohibited and may result in termination of all related accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information including your full name, MyKad number, mobile number and a valid email address.
• Update your account information should any changes occur.
• Keep your username and password confidential. jj9pm will never ask for your password through any channel.
• Notify jj9pm immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

jj9pm accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the designated payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), Boost, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

The financial conditions that must be observed are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: RM20 per payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 per request.
• Withdrawal processing time is typically between 10 and 45 minutes after the request is approved.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same account or payment method used for the deposit, subject to identity verification.
• jj9pm reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving a first withdrawal or when the amount exceeds a certain threshold.

jj9pm does not charge processing fees for deposits and withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own fees which are outside our control.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Programme

jj9pm offers a range of bonus offers to members. Our welcome bonus is a 150% first deposit bonus of up to RM1,500, with a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus value before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

Example calculations:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM150 → Balance RM250 → Wagering requirement: RM150 × 20 = RM3,000
• Deposit RM2,200 → Bonus RM1,500 → Balance RM3,700 → Wagering requirement: RM1,500 × 20 = RM30,000

General terms applicable to all bonuses and promotions:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• jj9pm reserves the right to cancel bonuses and related winnings if there are indications of promotion abuse.
• The jj9pm VIP Programme consists of five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond — each offering different weekly cashback rates of up to 1.2% for the Diamond tier.
• Promotional offers may not be combined unless specifically stated.
• jj9pm reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the jj9pm platform are subject to the individual game rules shown in the game interface. Users are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing a bet.

• Confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled unless a technical error verified by jj9pm has occurred.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game, jj9pm will settle all unresolved bets based on available data or cancel the bets and return the funds to the user's account.
• jj9pm reserves the right to cancel bets placed on odds or advantages arising from a technical or human error.
• Winnings arising from a game defect or abnormal circumstances will be investigated and may be cancelled.

7. Permitted User Conduct

Users agree not to engage in any of the following activities on the jj9pm platform:

• Fraud, including the use of another person's credit card or bank account details without authorisation.
• Money laundering through repeated deposit and withdrawal activity.
• Use of automated software, bots or any tool designed to provide an unfair advantage in games.
• Interference with or attacks on the technical infrastructure of the jj9pm platform.
• Exploitation of system errors or technical vulnerabilities for personal gain.
• Actions that harm the reputation or interests of jj9pm or other users.

Any breach of the above will result in immediate action including account termination, forfeiture of balance and possible legal action.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

jj9pm reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate a user's account at any time without prior notice where there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to:

• A breach of any provision in these terms and conditions.
• Failed verification or false information provided during registration.
• Fraudulent activity or suspicious behaviour.
• The user's own request for self-exclusion in relation to responsible gambling.
• Instructions from relevant authorities.

If your account is terminated for valid reasons and there has been no breach of terms on your part, any remaining balance will be returned to you via the original payment method within a reasonable period, subject to the completion of any investigation.

9. Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, jj9pm, its directors, employees, agents or partners will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from:

• Service interruptions, server downtime or technical failures.
• Loss of funds or data resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.
• Betting or game outcomes that are a natural result of legitimate game mechanics.
• Acts or omissions of third parties, including payment providers and game providers.

Users acknowledge that betting involves financial risk and use of the jj9pm platform is at their own risk. jj9pm provides the platform as an intermediary and does not guarantee any betting outcome.

10. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

jj9pm reserves the right to amend, update or replace these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments will take effect upon publication on the jj9pm website. Users will be notified of material changes via an in-account notice or email.

It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the jj9pm platform after amendments are published constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The jj9pm platform operates under an international licence. These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws under that licence.

Should any dispute arise that cannot be resolved amicably, both parties agree to refer it to the jurisdiction of the dispute resolution body designated by the licensing authority.
